MvM Class Policies
Refunds: If you must withdraw from the SEMESTER, you can do so PRIOR to the 2nd scheduled class. You will receive a refund, less the number of occurred classes and a $25 cancellation fee per class. Withdrawals must be made with at least 24 hours notice prior to your class start time to avoid being charged for the class. There are no refunds or credits for classes dropped once the second class takes place. If you withdraw from a class before the semester starts, you will be responsible for $50 of your deposit (per class). MvM cannot provide a refund or credit for classes cancelled due to unforeseen events (e.g. winter storms). Semester classes are not transferable among dancers. Classes purchased through 3rd party vendors (e.g. Groupon) are FINAL SALE. No refunds are available for voucher classes, no exceptions.
Class Cancellations: Music Video Moguls reserves the right to cancel a class as a result of insufficient registration. A full refund, including registration fee where applicable, will be provided in this case.
Make-up Classes: There are no make up classes available for Music Video Moguls and missed classes will not rollover between semesters.
Arrival for Class: We would appreciate your respecting your teacher and your fellow students by arriving punctually for class each week. Also, students should arrive no more than 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled time for their class to avoid congestion in the common area.
Dismissal: After class, students will be released to waiting parents/caregivers in the common area. Please make sure to arrive back at our studio in time for the end of your child's class.
Class Viewing: Please note that MvM is not set up for class viewing. A demonstration class at the end of the Fall Semester and a recital at the end of the Winter/Spring Semester will provide an opportunity to see all we've been learning.

Drop in Class Pack: $100
Valid for 1 Dancer (age 10-18): 3 regular class workshops to be redeemed within the Winter/Spring 2019 semester. Drop in program ends on Nov. 18th. All drop in students must redeem their classes on or before April 14th. NO REFUNDS for drop in
packages.

Attire
There is no uniform for MvM MasterClasses or Workshops. Dance Company students who wish to participate in outside shows, videos, or events as part of our performance team, will be assessed applicable costume fees which will be relayed prior to the designated performance.
In class: Students should wear comfortable clothing and running shoes for street based choreography. Contemporary Dance will require appropriate footwear or bare feet.

When registering your child, please make sure to include details regarding any medical needs:

Authorization To Pick Up
Students under the age of 18 will only be permitted to be picked up by the same parent/guardian that dropped them off, to ensure that all of our mini moguls are safely leaving with authorized individuals. Please let our door monitor know if
a different individual will be picking your child up, or if they are permitted to leave on their own (waiver required).
Trial Class Policy
There are currently no free trial classes available, however if you or your child is unable to attend classes due to financial need, email us about our scholarship program!
Photo/Video Release
MvM will, in the course of teaching classes and putting on performances, take photographs and/or video which include our enrolled students. Due to the nature of our on-camera performance based program, ALL CLASSES are filmed in some capacity. If you DO NOT want your child to be included in advertising / promotional materials / website, etc., please send us an email at musicvideomoguls@gmail.com. Note that this caveat may limit your ability to participate in classes/shows where recording is taking place.
By enrolling in any and all MvM workshops, masterclasses, and performances/videos, all students submit that they have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
Free-class passes are also available to students that attend classes regularly, and are based on merit and financial need. Email us for more information!
